Increasingly the world requires our students to speak and listen in a second or even third language but teachers face many challenges in cultivating these skills. This session will discuss options that individual teachers can pursue on their own as well as examine larger systematic changes that require collaboration between teachers, the world language department and both local and district school administrators. We will have a mix of large group and small group discussion captured in a google doc as well as provide an active learning project with flip cams
